Tingtel is an Android mobile App that allows instant buying, selling, transferring of any Nigerian Airtime.

You will need your Network Transfer PIN to successfully transfer your Airtime. Here are the default PINs for the major Network providers:

MTN - 0000

Airtel - 1234

9mobile - 0000

Glo - 00000

Note: If you’ve changed your Network Transfer PIN and can’t remember it, you will need reach out to your Network provider to help reset it.

Login on Tingtel App, click on Settings then locate Tingtel Bonus, then click on the referral bonus page and share your referral link.

You can invite as many as you want but you get N100 Airtime each for the first five invites per account.

- Login to your App
- Select ‘Airtime Buy’
- Enter Receiver’s Phone Number, Name or Tingtel ID and press the ‘continue’ button - Enter the amount and press ‘Continue’
- Select one of the listed payment methods to proceed

- Enter Receiver’s Phone Number, Name or Tingtel ID and press the ‘continue’ button - Enter the amount and press ‘Continue’
- Enter your Network Transfer Pin and press the ‘Transfer’ button to continue

- Select ‘Airtime Sell’
- Enter your bank account details or someone else’s bank account details and press the ‘Continue’ button
- Select the ‘SIM’ you want to Sell Airtime from, enter the amount you want to sell, click on ‘Check balance’ to ensure you have sufficient Airtime and, press the ‘Sell’ button
- Enter your Network Transfer Pin and press the ‘Sell’ button to continue

- Login to your App
- Select ‘Airtime QR’
- At the top Select the ‘SIM’ you want to send Airtime from
- Click on ‘Scan’ and scan another user Tingtel QR Code
- Enter the amount you want to transfer, press the ‘Transfer’ button to proceed
- Enter your Network Transfer Pin and press the ‘Transfer’ button to continue

- Login to your App
- Select ‘Airtime QR’
- Select the ‘SIM’ you want to receive Airtime on and your QR Code will be displayed
- Click on ‘Share’ to share you QR Code with someone via your favourite social media platforms

- Simply dial *347*85# and you will receive a text with your Tingtel ID. OR
- Select ‘Airtime QR’
- Select the SIM you want to receive Airtime on and your Tingtel ID will be displayed at the bottom of your QR Code

It is a unique number that Tingtel user can use to receive Airtime from another user on Tingtel. Tingtel ID can be use in place of phone Numbers. With Tingtel ID you don’t need to know the receiver’s Number and Network to share Airtime and your Number won’t be shown to the receiver as well.

Sending Airtime with Tingtel ID is almost the same as sending Airtime with Number the only difference is you enter the receiver’s Tingtel ID instead of the receiver’s Phone Number

It will take 30 days to re-register your deleted number on the app.

- Select the transaction you would like to report
- Click on ‘Report a problem’
- Briefly explain your issue and click on ‘Send’

- Select the transaction you would like to copy its ‘Reference number’
- Long press and copy the transaction ‘Reference number’

You can register up to four sim cards, but only the two sims on your phone can be active at a time.

Yes, you can. But the new number must be a phone number that is currently active on your phone. Follow the steps below to replace it:
- Login to your App
- Click on ‘Settings’
- Select ‘Manage SIMS’
- Click on the ‘+ sign’ button to register a phone number that is currently active on your phone

Click on ‘Forgot Passcode’ button and follow the instructions.
